*Duties*
* Implement age-appropriate curricula that align with educational standards. * Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting positive interactions among students while ensuring a safe learning environment. * Provide individualized attention to students, supporting their emotional, social, and cognitive development. * Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development, progress, and any concerns related to their child's welfare. * Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends. * Providing daily care for children including but not limited to meal-time prep, diapering/potty training and assisting with nap time.
*Requirements*
* Experience working with children in educational settings such as daycare or private schools is essential. * Strong understanding of childhood development, behavior management techniques, and education strategies. * Familiarity with lesson planning and implementing. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. * Ability to create a supportive learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery among young learners. * Punctuality and reliability are a must. * Must have availability between the hours of 7:30am-5:30pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
