The Early Childhood Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where young children can grow emotionally, socially, and intellectually. This teacher will implement age-appropriate curricula, observe developmental progress, and communicate regularly with families and team members.

*Key Responsibilities* * Develop and implement daily lesson plans aligned with the center’s curriculum. * Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. * Observe, document, and assess each child’s development and behavior. * Promote social-emotional learning, early literacy, and school readiness skills. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom. * Communicate effectively with parents about children’s progress, needs, and daily experiences. * Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on planning and problem-solving. * Follow all licensing regulations, health/safety guidelines, and organizational policies.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
