Job Posting: Early Childhood Special Education Teacher (ECSE) Location: Rice, MN Area Company: Soliant Education Contract Term: 2025-2026 School Year Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Teacher to join our team for a full-time, onsite position in the Rice, MN area. This position involves working with indigenous students ages 3-5 at a Head Start Center. Position Details: Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 3:30 PM Hourly Pay Range: $35 - $45 (based on experience) Contract Type: Full school year (2025-2026) Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) plan; weekly pay Responsibilities: Provide direct special education services to preschool-aged students (3-5 years old) Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with a comprehensive service team including SLPs, OTs, PTs, psychologists, and social workers Develop appropriate instructional strategies tailored to each students needs Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations Communicate effectively with families, staff, and other professionals Work independently and manage caseload efficiently within a team-focused environment Requirements: Valid Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Endorsement or equivalent certification Experience working with preschool-aged children in special education settings Comfort and cultural competency working with indigenous student populations Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Apply NOW to join a supportive and professional team making a real difference.
