Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-time | Daytime hours | 8a-5pm
Salary: $55K-$58K per year
Location: Waterbury, CT

As Program Coordinator, you'll:
Lead the dental assisting program curriculum and instruction
Support faculty and ensure high-quality training and outcomes
Monitor student progress and help prepare graduates for success
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards
Requirements:
Graduate of a Dental Assisting or Dental Hygiene program
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) through the DANB
3+ years of recent Dental Assisting or Dental Hygiene experience
