Responsibilities Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities. Create a safe and nurturing atmosphere that promotes children's emotional and physical wellbeing. Monitor children's progress and developmental milestones, providing feedback to parents as necessary. Maintain a clean, organized classroom conducive to learning and exploration. Develop positive and constructive relationships with children and their families. Guide children in developing social skills, such as sharing, cooperation, and conflict resolution. Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the center's educational team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Valid state teaching certification or childcare provider license. Previous experience in a daycare or early childhood education setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with children. Ability to create a nurturing, inclusive environment for diverse groups of children. Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
