What Youll Be Doing

Creating a warm, consistent, and developmentally rich environment for toddlers. Leading with creativity, patience, and intention to support hands-on learning. Observing and guiding children through meaningful milestones. Communicating with families to build trust and share joyful moments. Supporting cognitive, emotional, and social development through Montessori-aligned methods.

Who Were Looking For

1+ year of lead teacher experience in a daycare or preschool setting. A solid understanding of early childhood development. Naturally nurturing, patient, and organized. Excellent communicator who works well on a team. Passionate about early education and excited to grow into a Montessori-trained teacher.
