The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
*NO STUDENTS - MUST BE AVAILABLE 9AM-5PM*
(1) FULL TIME Assistant Teacher and (1) FULL TIME LEAD TEACHER position in a group family daycare (in-home).
You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the daycare, including supervising and engaging with children, implementing educational activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. You will also support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing curriculum, tracking and documenting child development, and communicating with parents and caregivers. *Qualifications* Previous experience in a daycare or early childhood setting - a must!
*Must be available Mon-Fri - no daytime students* * Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate educational practices * Professional demeanor, excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues * Patient, nurturing, and energetic demeanor * Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain certification) * High school diploma or equivalent + at least 1 year experience
