We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Lead Teacher to join our team. An ideal Daycare Lead Teacher will engage with students through play-based learning, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported.
*Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education and Kiddie Academy standards.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's growth and development.
* Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
* Manage classroom activities, ensuring safety and adherence to health regulations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive learning experience for all students.
* Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities.
* Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
*Requirements*
* A CDA (child development associate), degree in Early Childhood Education, or active enrollment in college studying Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
* Experience working with infant, toddler, or preschool-aged children, including babysitting, nannying, or caregiving roles.
* Knowledge of classroom management techniques and strategies for engaging young learners.
* Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and staff.
* A commitment to fostering an inclusive atmosphere where every child can thrive.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
