We are looking for a motivated Teacher Assistant to support our teachers in organizing and implementing an instructional program that will benefit the students' educational needs.
*Responsibilities:*
* Preparing lesson plans * Help students complete assignments and manage classroom behavior * Ensure the classroom environment is safe and clean * Attend staff meetings and training programs
*Requirements:*
* High School Diploma required, college degree preferred * Strong English communication skills, both oral and written * Proactive and able to act in a timely manner * Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
