Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a classroom of children ages 1–5 years old
• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Foster a safe and positive environment for learning and play
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Support developmental milestones and individual learning styles

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of daycare or early childhood experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Must pass background check and fingerprinting
• Current or willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• Completion of or willingness to complete a 15-hour DSS-required

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in a daycare or early childhood education setting
• Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans
• Reliable, team-oriented, and a strong communicator
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
