An established leader in affordable senior housing is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a thriving portfolio across Florida and Puerto Rico . Spanish fluency is required , along with demonstrated success in HUD and LIHTC property management and a track record of stability and growth in previous roles.

What You'll Be Doing Lead, mentor, and support Community Managers and on-site teams to achieve high performance across your assigned portfolio. Drive operational success through strong oversight of financials, compliance, marketing, occupancy, and resident satisfaction. Ensure full regulatory compliance with HUD, LIHTC, PRAC, HOME, CDBG, FHLB, and RAD/PRAC programs. Conduct site inspections, resident file audits, staff training, and operational assessments. Collaborate with senior leadership to strategize, problem-solve, and elevate property performance. Manage vendor relationships and service contracts while maintaining operational efficiency. Oversee hiring, performance reviews, and staff development, ensuring team alignment with company values and goals. Champion best practices in resident engagement, maintenance standards, and fiscal management.

Requirements Ideal Candidate Profile 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple affordable housing communities. Strong understanding of HUD, LIHTC, PRAC, REAC/MOR, and Section 8 program requirements. Professional certifications such as COS, HCCP, or similar highly preferred. Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish and English. Proven track record of stability and growth in prior roles. Deep knowledge of RealPage (OneSite) or similar property management software. Florida residency required. Willing and able to travel up to 75%, including overnight stays throughout Florida and Puerto Rico. Self-starter mindset with strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
