We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children in our care. This role involves engaging with toddlers and young children, fostering their development through play and structured activities while ensuring their well-being. Shift will roughly be 9am to 6pm Monday-Friday.

Supervise and monitor the safety of children in the daycare setting.
Follow SUTQ rules in infant classroom and other classrooms as needed.
implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
Assist with daily routines such as meals, naps, and personal hygiene.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Manage classroom behavior using effective classroom management techniques.
Provide first aid when necessary and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support children with special needs or developmental challenges as required.
Go into any classroom when needed.
Cover for lead infant teacher
Requirements
Experience
Previous experience working in a daycare or educational setting is preferred
Familiarity with infant through school age care practices and early childhood education principles is preferred.
Skills in first aid, classroom management, nannying, babysitting, or special education are highly valued.
A passion for educating young minds and creating a positive learning environment is crucial for success in this role.
CDA or degree in ECE or CPL 3 would be preferred, but not necessary.
