We are opening a new studio in Gaithersburg, MD and are looking for passionate and enthusiastic teachers to join our team. The teachers will be responsible for teaching hands-on creativity classes to children from ages 18 months to 12 years old.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supporting the mission, philosophy and core values of the studio. Planning, preparing, and teaching an approved curriculum. Required to teach in-studio and after school programs. Ensure the safety of children at all times and maintain a healthy classroom. Actively engaging and interacting with all children during the class hours. Take attendance and maintain the records. Being independent, reliable and dependable. Maintaining sanitation by cleaning and organizing the classroom. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience working with children between 18 months to 12 years of age. Must be physically able to participate in activities with children. Must have a positive attitude and high energy enthusiasm. Experience working in an after school program is a plus. Strong knowledge of child behavior and learning. Ability to work with children and remain friendly, calm, and patient at all times. Must be able to drive 15 or more miles throughout Montgomery County for after school programs. Must be available on Monday-Thursday afternoons between (2-6 pm).
