Responsibilities Prepare weekly lesson plans that are age Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate Provide basic care and caregiving activities Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones Communicate with parents and update them on their childrens activities Qualifications Previous experience as a lead teacher or childcare provider Knowledgeable of child development Patient, kind, and nurturing Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills First aid/CPR certified
