Job Summary
Child Care Workers: The City of Annapolis Recreation and Parks Department is looking for energetic, creative, caring, self-motivated, and qualified people to fill part time positions in our school age child care program based in the Annapolis area. To qualify, Aides must be at least 16 years old. Directors and Teachers must be at least 18 years old, have 400 hours of documented experience working with school age children, taken an approved "School Age Child" care course or any college course dealing with school age children. Ideal position for elementary education college major.
Essential Job Functions
Manage school age children.
Qualifications
Completion of school age child care courses is preferred.
Employment Conditions
Interaction with young children inside recreation centers.
