*Duties* * Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and social skills tailored to preschool-aged children. * Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. * Provide individualized attention to students, including those with special education needs, ensuring all children receive the support they require. * Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners. * Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, behavior, and educational progress. * Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning experience across the preschool program. * Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes learning through various educational materials and activities.
*Requirements* * Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. * Experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare or private school settings for a minimum of ten (10) years * Strong knowledge of literacy education, math concepts, and toddler care practices. * Ability to create lesson plans that are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with educational standards. * Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues. * Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners are essential traits for success in this role. * Previous experience in special education is a plus but not mandatory.
