What You’ll Do:
Deliver dynamic, standards-aligned instruction in Social Studies
Plan lessons that engage students in inquiry, analysis, and civic thinking
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of ELL and Exceptional Ed students
Collaborate with families, colleagues, and the community to support student success
Reflect, adapt, and innovate based on feedback and student data
Create a classroom culture that is structured, joyful, and learning-centered
Participate in high-quality professional development and school-wide initiatives
Help build a school where all students feel seen, heard, and challenged
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Education or related field
Valid TN teaching license with appropriate endorsement
Strong Social Studies content knowledge
Commitment to STEM Prep’s mission and values
