*PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:*
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our faculty. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment that reflects the core values of our institution. As a teacher at Providence, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide students on their academic journey while instilling a strong sense of social responsibility and moral character.
*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:*
· Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that align with the school's curriculum and values.
· Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes active student participation and critical thinking.
· Incorporate the values of Dignity, Justice, Integrity, Compassion, and Excellence into daily teaching practices and interactions with students.
· Foster a supportive and respectful learning environment that encourages intellectual curiosity and personal growth.
· Implement a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
· Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress.
· Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to a positive school culture.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, teaching credential (Master's degree preferred).
· Experience teaching in a high school setting, preferably in a college preparatory environment.
· Commitment to the values of Dignity, Justice, Integrity, Compassion, and Excellence.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Dedication to fostering a nurturing and respectful learning environment.
· Classes to be taught are 2 sections of Ceramics and 1 section of Advanced Ceramics
*SALARY RANGE: $39,000-$63,000*

_The annual salary range for this position is $39,000-$63,000. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate's years of relevant experience, education, and internal equity considerations. Please note that compensation will be prorated based on the employee's date of hire and Department of Labor (DOL) classification, including but not limited to full-time, part-time, exempt, or non-exempt status. All compensation is subject to applicable deductions and withholdings in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
