We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with a technical background to support software development IT projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Strong Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of the product vision and requirements.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Continuously self-reflect and adapt to new and changing requirements.
Knowledge of Tools and Techniques: Conduct real-time collaboration, make estimates, and generate reports with a good grasp of various tools and techniques.
Facilitation Skills: Effectively facilitate meetings for requirement gathering.
Technical Knowledge: Beneficial when working with development teams.
Day To Day Responsibilities: Conduct business analysis, determine problems, identify business needs, elicit requirements, and manage stakeholders.
Act as the link between the Business Owner and the technical IT team.
Define project scope and conduct risk analysis.
Facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer between stakeholders and the development team.
Track metrics like user adoption and engagement to identify areas for improvement.
Participate in user acceptance testing and business validation discussions.
Convert business requirements into business process flows and functional requirements.
Create deliverables such as Business Requirement Documents, Context Diagrams, and Process Diagrams.
Evaluate and test developed solutions to ensure compliance with requirements.
Must Have: 5 years of experience with Business Analysis (use cases)
4 years of experience with Business Process Flow documentation
5 years of experience with different tools and techniques for Business Analysis
5 years of experience with Waterfall Methodology
4 years of facilitation skills
5 years of strong communication skills
Desired: 3 years of CBAP Certification
3 years of technical knowledge
3 years of product management experience
