Job Type : Contract Location : Blue Island, Illinois Pay : Great Pay! Summary: This position is designed for a certified special education teacher fluent in Spanish who will deliver instruction to students with IEPs in a self-contained setting. The role requires collaboration with educators, families, and service providers to design and implement personalized, culturally responsive learning experiences. The teacher is responsible for developing IEP goals, differentiating curriculum, and monitoring academic and social-emotional growth in a bilingual setting. What You’ll Do: • Deliver Spanish-language instruction aligned to IEP goals and academic standards • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) • Use differentiated instructional strategies to support students with disabilities • Conduct formative and summative assessments to track student progress • Create a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom environment • Collaborate with families, related service providers, and general educators Experience You’ll Need: • Illinois PEL with LBS1 and Bilingual (BSPA) endorsement, or ELS (TBE) with TLP Spanish • Fluency in spoken and written Spanish • Experience developing and implementing IEPs • Strong command of Google Classroom, WIDA standards, and Common Core • Ability to differentiate instruction and analyze student data to guide teaching Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
