We are currently hiring for the fall when school begins again for our sites across Toledo, Sylvania, Perrysburg, and Maumee.
In this role, you’ll lead hands-on activities, provide mentorship, and help create a safe, engaging space where kids can learn and grow. It’s a great opportunity to jumpstart your career in childcare — all while earning a competitive hourly wage of $12.50–$15.00.

What You’ll Do Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive Lead developmentally appropriate activities that support learning and growth Build positive relationships and serve as a role model Work collaboratively with teammates and communicate effectively with families
What We’re Looking For High school diploma Understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices Willingness to complete required trainings (CPR, First Aid, etc.) Friendly, dependable, and passionate about working with youth Ability to meet DCY licensing requirements, including background checks
