Prep classroom materials, tidy up after creative fun, and step in as teacher-in-charge if needed—always with a positive attitude. Assist in tracking developmental progress and communicate regularly with families Maintain classroom cleanliness, perform health/safety checks, and follow licensing standards What We're Looking For High School Graduate (Child Development Accreditation or Early Childhood coursework is preferred) Experience working with children in licensed childcare or preschool Active Christian faith and a heart for nurturing children in a faith-based setting CPR & First‑Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Committed to creating a loving, respectful, and engaging environment for young children Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and engage in active play, cleaning, and classroom setup Background check clearance
We are looking for full time at 40 hours per week. Our school is open 7AM-5PM Monday through Friday 8 hours per day excluding 1 hour lunch break
