Role Responsibilities:

• Assist with overall classroom management: leading/creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children can play and learn.
• Serve as a role model to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to create an inviting environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

Minimum Qualifications Needed:

• 1 year of professional childcare experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
