loving and nurturing Pre K Assistant Teacher
to work alongside our Lead Teacher in a classroom of energetic and curious 4-year-olds.

About the Role:

As an Assistant Teacher, youll support the Lead Teacher in guiding children through important developmental milestonesemotionally, socially, and cognitively. Youll help plan and implement fun, age-appropriate activities, provide comfort and consistency, and contribute to a classroom environment where children feel safe, loved, and ready to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of daily routines and learning activities
• Engage children through play, conversation, and exploration
• Support children in learning to express emotions and develop self-help skills
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
• Communicate positively with children, parents, and team members
• Model appropriate behavior and guidance techniques
• Work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher to ensure a consistent and nurturing environment

Qualifications:

• Genuine love for working with children
• Previous experience in childcare is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in the early childhood field
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet state background check and health requirements
