Full-Time Assistant Toddler Teacher Bloom Learning Center (Southampton, NY)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Location: Bloom Learning Center, Southampton

Bloom Learning Center is looking for a warm, reliable, and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support our Toddler Room at our Southampton location. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is excited to grow in the field of early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment for toddlers
• Support daily routines including play, meals, diapering, and rest time
• Engage with children through songs, stories, art, and hands-on activities
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety in accordance with Bloom standards
• Foster strong, respectful communication with team members and families

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working with toddlers or in a childcare setting preferred
• Willingness to learn and take direction from lead teachers and directors
• Energetic, dependable, and caring attitude
