Your Role as an Assistant Teacher:

• Help create a safe, joyful, and stimulating learning environment
  
  
• Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child
  
  
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and teammates
  
  
• Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and faculty to ensure a smooth-running classroom
  
  

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma required
  
  
• Associate or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  
  
• Experience with young children in a professional or volunteer setting
  
  
• A nurturing spirit, flexibility, and team-player attitude
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely support young children (including crib lifting for infant classrooms)
