About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
• Supervise and engage with children during classroom activities and playtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Support the development of children's social and emotional skills.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
• Help prepare classroom materials and resources as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in early childhood education preferred.
• Must possess a genuine love for working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of child development principles.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Flexibility to work part-time morning hours.
• Background check clearance required.
