What You’ll Do Care for infants with patience and intention—feeding, diapering, and soothing throughout the entire shift Follow individualized schedules so every baby feels secure and supported Encourage early growth through simple, joyful interactions Maintain a safe, clean, and peaceful classroom environment Use KangarooTime to share updates and milestones with families Communicate warmly with parents and build strong, trusting relationships Partner with co-teachers to keep routines smooth and consistent Enjoy the snuggles!

#MN123 Requirements: What We’re Looking For Experience caring for infants in a licensed childcare setting (preferred) A calm, nurturing nature and genuine love for babies Basic understanding of infant development and responsive care CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified) along with continuing education annually Meets state qualification requirements, undergo fingerprinting and background checks Ability to lift 50 lbs and respond quickly to children’s needs Maintain supervision of children at all times within sight and sound A positive, collaborative teammate
