KidsLife Child Development Center is seeking a passionate and caring Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our dedicated team of educators. This position supports the Lead Teacher in creating a nurturing, Christ-centered environment where children can grow academically, emotionally, and spiritually.

*What You'll Do:*
* Assist in implementing an academically excellent, developmentally appropriate, Bible-based curriculum * Help maintain a safe, loving, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers * Support classroom routines, including diapering, feeding, and nap schedules * Engage children through play-based learning and age-appropriate Bible teaching * Partner with the Lead Teacher in classroom management and activity preparation * Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff * Model Christian values and support our mission to provide faith-filled early education
*Requirements:*
* 6 months to 1 year of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting preferred * Positive attitude with strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills * Able to teach the Bible in an engaging and age-appropriate way * Be an active, growing Christian * A degree, certification, or continuing education in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education is preferred but not required * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable communicating with parents in a positive and encouraging manner * Flexible and constructive approach to all aspects of teaching * Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
