Required Qualifications: Meet licensing/program requirements for a background check, fingerprinting, and other program clearances, if applicable. CDA or associates degree required Must obtain Basic First Aid and CPR Certification Experience working with preschool children

Job Requirements, Knowledge, and Skills: Experience working with preschool-age children in a classroom setting Experience working with emergent curriculum approaches Comfortable supporting and engaging parents and families Skilled in communication, both written and verbal Flexible and willing to help where needed. Additional duties as assigned.

A successful candidate will be able to: Assist in assessing Childrens growth and development Support and assist the Lead Teacher in the preparation, planning, and execution of the daily operations of a classroom. Have a positive and caring attitude. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure student success and a positive caring environment.
