*Location:* Marysville, OH *Schedule:* Full-Time | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | Monday–Friday *Pay Range:* $15.00–$18.00/hour, based on education & experience (top of pay range requires degree or CDA) *Start Date:* As soon as we find the right fit!

Here, your voice _matters._ We’re currently searching for a *strong, experienced early childhood teacher* to team teach in our *Pre-k and School Aged classroom. *During the school year you will be responsible for the school aged children before and after school. During the summer you will be one of our summer camp teachers!

This classroom has a strong lead teacher who is in need of a energetic and fun assistant teacher or co-lead teacher. This classroom is an inclusive classroom and does have children with special needs. Successful candidates should be patient, creative, and ready to jump in wherever needed. They should be comfortable supporting a diverse group of learners, able to follow established routines, and willing to collaborate closely with the lead teacher to create a warm, engaging, and supportive environment. Experience with groups of children with special needs is a plus, but a positive attitude and a team-first mindset are essential

*What You'll Do*

* Be the assistant or co-lead teacher in our early preschool room. Lead teachers must have current CDA. Promotion to Lead available after completing our fully paid for CDA program. * Create and implement a play-based curriculum rooted in children’s interests * Provide structure, love, and guidance during a time of needed consistency * Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers * Collaborate with the team to meet individual developmental needs * Keep the classroom clean, safe, and aligned with licensing standards * Attend training days (we promise—they’re actually fun!)

*Requirements*

* Age 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent (required) * Prior experience working with preschool-aged children in a group care environment * Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend/sit/stand, and work on the floor with children * Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to lead * Must pass state required background checks * Must be able to attend an in-person interview * Full availability for 9 AM–6 PM shift with possibility of moving earlier after initial training period.
