We are currently seeking a caring and dependable Assistant Infant Teacher to join our dedicated Infant Team.

This is a wonderful opportunity to support the growth and development of our youngest learners in a nurturing, supportive environment while building your skills and experience in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, calm, and engaging environment for infants Build warm, responsive relationships with each child through attentive care and interaction Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, and napping Engage infants in age-appropriate sensory, motor, and language-rich activities Communicate positively and professionally with families and team members Help maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom Qualifications and Skills: Genuine love and patience for working with infants Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependability, flexibility, and a nurturing disposition Previous experience with infants in a childcare or preschool setting is preferred Must pass background check and meet state licensing requirements for an assistant teacher We look forward to welcoming a compassionate, collaborative individual who is excited to be part of our Temple Sinai Preschool family!
