What Youll Do

Assistant Teacher Responsibilities:

• Support lead teacher with daily routines and classroom activities
  
  
• Engage with children through play and learning
  
  
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
  
  
• Provide positive reinforcement and emotional support to children
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Passion for working with young children (6 weeks 12 years)
  
  
• Team players who are dependable, flexible, and upbeat
  
  
• Previous experience in childcare is a plus
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education coursework preferred
  
  
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
