JBSS is looking for someone who constantly has a smile, positive attitude and *LOVES* working with children.

Ideally we would like to hire someone to work for us *LONG TERM*. We are looking for someone that is self motivated and committed who will help grow the swim program.

*No swim instructor experience necessary!! *We do all the training in house!

Qualifications/Requirements for Manager & teaching position

* 1-2 years managing experience * Full Time 32-40+ hours per week ( Summer is the busiest of all) * Monday - Thursday (afternoon to early evening) * Saturday (morning to early afternoon) * Holidays off ( Spring Break, Memorial Day week, 4th of July, Labor Day week, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas/ New Year's weeks) * 401K Available * Bonuses * Lifeguard certification *not* required for hiring. In house certification offered in May * Must be available all Spring and Summer * Must have reliable transportation * Experience working with children is a plus! Reliable transportation is required. *ALL* interviews and training are done at our Watsonville pool.
