As we build our foundation, we are looking for passionate, flexible team members excited to shape something special from the ground up. Position Overview: We are seeking an Afternoon Preschool Teacher who can work with all ages. The ideal candidate has experience teaching in a preschool setting , is comfortable planning engaging, age-appropriate lessons , and most importantly, loves kids and Jesus .
Duties
Responsibilities: Create a nurturing, Christ-centered classroom environment Develop and implement lesson plans that promote spiritual, social, emotional, and academic growth Incorporate faith-based songs, stories, and simple biblical truths into daily activities Communicate effectively with parents and staff Ensure the safety and well-being of every child in your care
Requirements
Qualifications: Prior experience teaching in a preschool setting (required) Ability to plan and implement lesson plans aligned with TN ELDS A heart for ministry and a genuine love for children Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset as we grow and refine our processes Strong communication and organizational skills CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain)
