We are looking for someone energetic and passionate about working with kids to join the team as a School Age Teacher for our Aftercare School Program at Payneville Elementary School in Payneville, KY for the 2025-2026 school year.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-time, non-exempt COMPENSATION: $15.00 per hour

ROLE OVERVIEW: Maintaining Compliance Support staff and ensure the program follows all OH regulations, Healthy Kids procedures, and the specific policies of our host school.

Making It Fun Lead a variety of engaging, hands-on activities using the Healthy Kids Curriculum this includes fitness, STEAM projects, schoolwork, art, and more. Youll also help kids finish their homework youre the after-school hero they need!

Organizing Operations Be responsible for essential program tasks like maintaining attendance logs, registration records, and ensuring staffing coverage so the day runs without a hitch.

Family Communication Use the Playground App to stay in touch with parents and guardians, providing updates and insights into their childs experience.

Collaborative Teamwork Keep an open, ongoing dialogue with your supervisor sharing updates, reporting concerns, and working together to maintain a supportive, efficient, and high-quality environment for staff and children alike.

WHAT YOU BRING: Youre 18 or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent certification.

One year of experience working with kids under age 13 is helpful but not required we care more about your passion and attitude!

CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Youre cleared medically to perform all job duties and are free from communicable illnesses, including TB.

Youre energetic, dependable, and friendly with strong people skills that shine when working with kids, families, or your teammates.

You can lift up to 50 lbs., bend, move, and stay physically active throughout the day to keep up with a lively group of children.
