We are looking for someone energetic and passionate about working with kids to join the team as a School Age Teacher for our Aftercare School Program at Ekron Elementary School in Ekron, KY for the 2025-2026 school year.

POSITION TYPE: Part-time, non-exempt HOURLY PAY: $15.00

WHAT YOULL BE DOING: Upholding Standards Make sure the staff and program are operating in full alignment with OH regulations, Healthy Kids policies, and the specific expectations of our host school.

Delivering Fun & Learning<BR>Lead fun, hands-on activities guided by the Healthy Kids Curriculum think fitness, STEAM, school subjects, art projects, and more. Youll also help ensure homework gets completed youll be the go-to homework helper!

Running the Show Oversee important management tasks like accurate attendance tracking, up-to-date registration records, and maintaining appropriate staffing to ensure the program runs efficiently.

Staying Connected with Families Use the Playground App to keep parents informed and engaged with regular updates and communication.

Working as One Team Keep an open line with your supervisor, providing consistent updates and addressing any issues promptly. Teamwork is key to delivering top-quality care, supporting one another, and meeting challenges head-on.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR: Youre 18 or older with a high school diploma or the equivalent.

Previous experience working with children under age 13 is great, but not required we value your energy and willingness to learn!

CPR and First Aid certified? Thats a bonus.

Youre medically cleared for the role and free of communicable diseases, including TB.

Youre cheerful, dependable, and great with people whether you're interacting with children, families, or colleagues. Professionalism and punctuality are essential.

Physically ready to be on the move able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and actively keep pace with a group of energetic kids!
