DUTIES:

1. Provide supervision of children and facilities while program is in session.

2. Lead a variety of activities for children including outdoor/gym active group games as well as indoor projects such as arts & crafts, gardening, and more.

3. Instruct, role model and provide positive social skills and behavior as per programs philosophy and policies.

4. All Teachers will provide program/facility upkeep and general cleaning/organization of rooms.

You must be CURRENT on the Oregon Criminal Registry database to proceed to the interview process. Please include that number on your resume or cover letter. You will not be interviewed without this.

*Child CPR and First Aid Standard Certification. You must provide documentation at the interview. Vaccinated from Covid 19. *Food Handlers Permit *Must be willing to complete 15 hours required trainings during non-work hours*

Be At Least 18 years of Age *Ability to commit to one full school year ($/benefit/bonus given at end of year's employment) * Ability to directly and respectfully communicate needs and concerns to Supervisor and fellow program staff.

HOURS OF WORK: Hours are 2:15-6pm M-F when school is in session. When school is not in session we offer Full-Day Care for after school children at all our site from 8:00AM -- 5:30PM. Extra hours will be arranged for those days. 1 Wed a month 11:30-5:30.

HOURLY WAGE: Dependent on experience
