After-School Teacher – Best Brains Learning Centers (Washington) Spur, a digital staffing agency , is seeking a dedicated and punctual After-School Teacher for Best Brains Learning Center . Position Overview The After-School Teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment while maintaining student safety and well-being. The ideal candidate is professional, adaptable, and enthusiastic , with the ability to effectively lead and support students in an educational setting. Key Responsibilities Supervise students consistently during assigned hours. Teach enrichment lessons based on the provided curriculum. Lead students in structured and unstructured activities to enhance learning. Maintain classroom order and enforce behavior management systems. Ensure that classroom and school spaces remain clean and organized. Perform additional duties as assigned by the center. Requirements Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Prior experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting. Strong classroom management skills. Ability to lift objects up to 40 lbs as needed. Must maintain a professional appearance . Qualifications Washington State Background Check required. Washington State Teaching Certificate required. Compensation & Schedule Pay: $20.00 per hour . Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays: 4:20 PM - 7:30 PM Saturdays: 9:50 AM - 12:00 PM (Hours may vary by location.)
