Key Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities that support children’s cognitive, physical, emotional, and social development Implement and deliver the provided curriculum to prepare children for kindergarten Provide attentive care during meal times, potty training, diapering, and nap time Maintain consistent and effective communication with families and team members via our Classroom Management System Support and contribute to a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment Lead Teachers will provide oversight of junior team members, ensuring quality classroom management and developmentally appropriate practices Assist the Assistant Director and Director with classroom and facility operations as needed Qualifications
Work Experience Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting (Required) Education & Certifications Completion of 45 DCF (Department of Children and Families) training hours (Required) Active Driver’s License (Required) Must be at least 21 years of age (Required) CPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred; or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Pay: $15.00-$20.00 Hour based on Region, education, and experience
