*Responsibilities* * Assist in the planning and implementation of educational programs and activities that align with the curriculum. * Provide support in classroom management to ensure a safe and productive learning environment. * Engage students in various activities, including arts and crafts and sports, to enhance their creativity and social skills * Implement behavior management strategies to address any challenges that arise during program activities. * Supervise children during after school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being. * Foster early childhood education principles by promoting developmental milestones through play-based learning. * Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive program that supports childhood development. * Participate in training sessions, workshops, or meetings as required.
*Qualifications* * Experience in early childhood education or related fields is preferred. * Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. * Strong classroom management skills to effectively guide student behavior. * Background in tutoring or educational support is advantageous. * Familiarity with age appropriate arts and crafts projects and ideas is helpful. * Experience in daycare settings or camp environments is beneficial. * Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members while maintaining a positive attitude. * A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and beliefs.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
