Inspira Physical Therapy and Pilates is seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized Pilates Administrative Manager & Group Class Teacher to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Pilates program while teaching a small number of specialized sessions each week. This is a part-time, salaried position (20 hours/week) combining 5 hours of teaching and 15 hours of administrative and marketing tasks.

Position Overview
The Pilates Administrative Manager & Group Class Teacher will lead program growth, marketing efforts, team collaboration, manage client scheduling and communications, and oversee instructor support, all while teaching a small caseload of reformer classes and/or private sessions. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned Pilates professional who is equally comfortable teaching and managing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching (5 hours/week) Monday & Friday 8 am
Teach small group reformer classes and/or private sessions using Balanced Body equipment.
Customize classes to meet a range of client needs, including rehabilitation and pre/postnatal care.
Collaborate with PT staff to offer integrated therapeutic sessions.
Administrative & Marketing Duties (15 hours/week)
Oversee Pilates program operations including scheduling, client communications, and class bookings. Marketing efforts will be completed with our internal marketing team.
Track and report client attendance, progress, and feedback.
Manage and update class descriptions, bios, and promotional materials across platforms.
Implement and monitor marketing strategies to promote classes and services.
Serve as the main liaison between Pilates instructors and the clinic director.
Support instructor training and onboarding (with guidance from the clinical director).
Maintain equipment and studio space in coordination with facility staff.
Qualifications
Pilates Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years teaching Pilates with full certification (mat + equipment).
Monday & Friday 8 am availability needed
Administrative Experience: Proven experience in managing operations, scheduling, and communications in a wellness or clinical setting.
Marketing Background: Familiarity with digital marketing, email outreach, and social media strategy. Specifically with MindBody.
Specialization: Experience with pre/postnatal clients and rehabilitative Pilates is strongly preferred.
CPR Certification: Must be current.
Authorization: Must have US work authorization.
