This position offers the opportunity to specialize as an Adaptive Physical Education Teacher supporting K-12 students in a dynamic school environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver adaptive PE curriculum aligned with K-12 standards. Assess students abilities and create personalized activity plans. Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and support staff to integrate physical activities. Monitor student progress and adjust programs to meet evolving needs. Promote a positive and safe environment encouraging physical activity for all students. Qualifications and Experience: Certification or licensure in Physical Education with specialization or experience in adaptive physical education. Experience working with students who have varying physical abilities. Strong knowledge of adaptive physical education techniques and equipment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines. Passion for fostering inclusive educational settings. Location and Contract Details: Based in Eden Prairie, MN.
