About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster creativity and learning.
Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young toddlers.
Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and milestones.
Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials.
Incorporate play-based learning strategies to engage toddlers.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and health standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a lead teacher working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for early childhood education and child development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for young children.
