Position Overview We're seeking a dedicated educator to provide individualized virtual instruction and support services through our advanced remote platform. You'll work with students across multiple grade levels while managing comprehensive case responsibilities in a fully remote environment. Student Services & Programming Elementary supplemental and intensive support programming Secondary multi-categorical instruction delivery Transition planning and life skills curriculum support Students with autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, and developmental delays Comprehensive virtual classroom management Professional Responsibilities IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Virtual classroom instruction with curriculum modifications Behavioral intervention planning and implementation Assessment coordination and data-driven progress reporting Collaborative consultation with general education teams Family engagement and communication partnerships Compliance with state and federal special education regulations Required Qualifications Master's degree in Special Education or related field Valid Michigan special education teaching license Minimum 2 years of direct special education classroom experience Experience with virtual instruction platforms preferred Strong technology proficiency and digital literacy Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently in remote environment Virtual Learning Excellence Our state-of-the-art platform provides comprehensive tools for effective remote special education delivery.
