About the Role: Join the Primrose School of Naperville Crossings as a Two Year Old Preschool Lead Teacher, where you will nurture young minds in a fun and engaging environment. We are looking for passionate educators who are excited to inspire creativity and foster a love for learning in our little ones. The is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for two-year-old children. Engage children in hands-on activities that encourage exploration and discovery. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress and daily activities. Assess and document children's development and milestones regularly. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom dynamics. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent required. (Must be lead teacher qualified in the State of Illinois.) Previous experience working with young children, especially in a preschool setting. Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for teaching. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
