Curriculum & Instruction Lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons and hands-on activities Foster curiosity and creativity in the classroom Observe, assess, and adapt to each childs developmental needs Classroom Management Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment Manage transitions and daily routines smoothly Guide behavior with positive reinforcement and empathy Family Engagement Build strong relationships with families through daily communication Conduct conferences and keep parents informed on progress Encourage family participation in school activities Health & Safety Maintain a clean, organized classroom Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines Ensure active supervision during indoor and outdoor play Professional Development Participate in ongoing training and development Collaborate with peers to share best practices Stay up-to-date on the latest in early childhood education

What Youll Need High School Diploma required ; Associates or Bachelor's in ECE preferred Child Development Associate (CDA) a plus 12 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active play Strong communication and relationship-building skills
