As a Teacher at Tender Learning Centre, you will play a vital role in supporting our two-year-old classroom. You will develop a curriculum to help our learners grow and develop. Leading the classroom and working with assistant teachers to ensure a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for our youngest learners. Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education are essential for this role. Compensation: $20 - $26 hourly Responsibilities: Plan and implement daily activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Provide individualized attention to children, supporting their unique needs and interests. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, following health and safety guidelines. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Support children during mealtime, nap time, and other daily routines.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a daycare or other setting required. Strong understanding of child development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). EEC Teacher Certification (Required) A nurturing and patient demeanor, with a passion for early childhood education.
