Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, fun, and engaging classroom for children
• Implement The Goddard School's play-based curriculum
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive learning
• Communicate daily with parents about their child's progress
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a toddler classroom preferred
• CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred
• Passion for working with young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
