Position Summary:
We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing young children in a safe and engaging environment, while supporting their social, emotional, and developmental growth.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of toddlers at all times
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and routines
Foster a warm, nurturing, and respectful classroom environment
Communicate regularly with parents and team members
Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Follow all state and center policies and procedures

Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in childcare
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications preferred)
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and actively engage with children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
